Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the adv350 platform via https://adv350.app or our mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using our platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and adv350 as the platform operator. They are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Adv350 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the adv350 platform.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registration of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.
- Adv350 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the adv350 support team immediately at [email protected].
- You are prohibited from sharing your account details with any other party.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the adv350 platform are required to comply with all usage rules set out herein. The platform is intended solely for personal entertainment and betting purposes. Any form of misuse, system manipulation, or activity that disrupts other users' experience is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security of adv350's systems in any way.
- Engaging in fraud, collusion, or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, or threatening through the platform.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Malaysian law.
Adv350 reserves the right to take action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of an account, if any breach is detected. adv350's decision in such matters is final.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the adv350 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited belong to you and are free from any dispute.
Deposits can be made through the methods listed on the platform, such as FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfer. adv350 does not charge additional fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment service provider may apply their own charges. Funds will be credited once payment is confirmed.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in your own name. adv350 reserves the right to request proof of identity before approving any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
All bonuses and promotions offered by adv350 are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated in each offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash unless the rollover conditions have been fully met. adv350 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is any indication of misuse or fraud.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure
Adv350 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
- Inactive for the specified period with no transactions.
- Upon request by the relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content on the adv350 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of adv350 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from adv350.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
